We offer 24-hour counseling provided by paraprofessional counselors. We are also active in prevention activities and participate in a community referral network. Our programs consist of seven different categories of service in addition to a board and foundation which oversee the work of the Center.

Crisis Intervention

Through talk, text or chat, we are available 24/7 to listen. We offer free crisis intervention services for those in need of emotional support. Our counselors are fully trained with a clinical team reviewing every conversation.

Traumatic Loss Services

For survivors, for those who lost loved ones, for those dealing with post traumatic stress, we’re here to offer our ongoing support through a variety of services.

Education and Training

We offer certification CIS training for volunteers, employees and other municipality officials. Through our courses, dedicated personnel are fully certified for Crisis Intervention.

The Phone is our oldest and best known service, and takes about 23,000 calls a year.
